Functional Fitness is form of workout that focuses on training your body for real-life movements.
At e-Fit we make functional fitness fun for those new to fitness training and challenging for the experienced athlete. In our 50-min group classes we focus on building lean muscle and dropping body fat. Our experienced trainers will lead you in engaging HIIT circuits that focus on heart rate zones optimal for fat burn and improving cardiovascular strength and endurance. You will build strength from the foundation and core. Our trainers will also encourage proper activation and recovery techniques promoting better mobility, flexibility and pain relief.
